Invest in America Equity Strategy
Our investment strategy is centered around U.S. based companies representing growth and value stocks in each sector of the U.S. economy. We invest in industry leaders striving to potentially outperform the market over the long term. We seek to invest in good businesses presenting consistent prior year returns and future growth or income potential. The final result is a well-diversified strategy containing 50-55 U.S. stocks. We suggest a minimum holding period of five years which allows our investors to take advantage of a typical full market investment cycle.
Through fundamental research, we attempt to gain a thorough understanding of the prospects of each company, its appreciation potential, and the degree to which it will serve our client’s interests either as a growth investment, dividend paying holding, or combination of the two.

Utilizing stop loss orders to limit stocks to a maximum downside of 15-20% could potentially raise overall returns through each market cycle. Implementing these stop losses may give individuals additional confidence to hold investments for longer periods of time which many result, ideally, in increased returns.
